Hanna Chetouane, a former student of the University of Strasbourg’s CSMI master’s programme, begins a CIFRE PhD with AVNIR Energy and Cemosis / IRMA, supervised by Christophe Prud’homme.

Supervision

  • Scientific supervision: Christophe Prud’homme — University of Strasbourg.
  • Scientific co-supervision: Vincent Chabannes — Cemosis / IRMA, University of Strasbourg.
  • Industry supervision: Gabriel Georges — AVNIR Energy.
  • Industry co-supervision: Pascal Vouagner — AVNIR Energy.

Research topic

Her research focuses on simulating vibrations and acoustic waves in thin structures, including their interaction with fluids. The aim is to develop accurate and efficient numerical methods that contribute to monitoring the condition of industrial structures.

The research will use Feel++ and high-order finite-element methods. It builds on the collaboration between AVNIR Energy and Cemosis.
