Release 3.0.0 of template repository feelpp-project

We're excited to introduce feelpp-project v3.0.0, embodying a host of improvements and new features:

  1. Documentation Revamp: Simplification of documentation architecture, custom header, and footer to distinguish the project template from docs.feelpp.org.
  2. Enhanced Development Environment: Integration of Python/Jupyter container into devcontainer, addition of Python bindings, and improved Antora support for a streamlined development experience.
  3. Project Template Update: An updated template project alongside navigational updates, fixed AsciiDoc syntax errors, and more, making project setup and navigation intuitive.
